The state institution "Department of land relations and agriculture of the city of Ridder" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that exercises leadership in the areas of land relations and agriculture in accordance with the competence determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Functions of the state institution "Department of land relations and agriculture of the city of Ridder"

- implementation of state policy in the field of land relations regulation;

- identification of ownerless land plots and organization of work on their registration;

- preparation of proposals and draft decisions of the local Executive body on the provision of land plots and changing their purpose, on the establishment of public easements for the purposes of subsurface use related to the geological study and exploration of minerals, on the compulsory alienation of land plots for state needs;

- determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots;

- organization of land management and approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots, approval of land cadastral plans;

- organization of development of land zoning projects, projects and schemes for the rational use of city land;

- organization of development of projects for land and economic development of the city territory;

- organization of land auctions (contests, auctions);

- conducting expert reviews of projects and schemes of urban significance that affect the use and protection of land;

- drawing up the balance of city land;

- keeping records of land owners and land users, as well as other subjects of land relations;

- issue of passports on land plots of agricultural purpose;

- conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement and a lease agreement for a land plot and temporary gratuitous land use and monitoring the implementation of the terms of the concluded agreements;

- identification of land that is unused and used in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- preparation of proposals for the transfer of agricultural land from one type to another;

- implementation of state support for agricultural entities in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- implementation of the state technical inspection in the field of development of the agro-industrial complex;

- preparation and monitoring of rural development;

- collecting operational information in the field of agriculture and rural areas for submission to the local Executive body of the East Kazakhstan region;
