The network of cultural institutions of the city of Ridder is represented by 12 objects.

For reference:

The Palace of Culture, which includes the club of the village of Transverse, the club of the 4th district and the club for blind and visually impaired citizens;

The centralized library system of the city of Ridder, which unites 6 libraries: the Central Library named after Gogol, Central Children's Library, libraries branch № 1, № 3, № 4, № 10;

The House of Friendship of Peoples, which includes 12 ethno-cultural associations;

Ridder Museum of Local History.

And also the KSU "Language Learning Center" functions, where state, English and Russian languages are taught.

Over the past period, cultural institutions have held 800 cultural events, which were attended by 110,000 people.

In order to improve the quality of services for the population in the field of culture in 2022, repairs were carried out at cultural facilities in the amount of 28.1 million tenge: ongoing repairs of internal premises in branch libraries No. 3 and No. 4, repair of the entrance group of the Central City Library. Gogol, the current repair of the facade of the club building of the 4th district and the current repair of the facade of the club for blind and visually impaired citizens.

As part of strengthening the material and technical base for the creative teams of the Palace of Culture, funds were allocated from the local budget for tailoring costumes (Tatar costume, Russian costume, Kazakh costumes, Korean costume and dance shoes) in the amount of 2095.0 thousand tenge. In order to strengthen unity and harmony, foster patriotism, popularize cultural values and traditions of the people of Kazakhstan, the Ridder Friendship House has allocated funds for sewing costumes (10 sets of women's suits, 5 sets of men's suits) for a total amount of 600 thousand tenge.

Funds are allocated annually for libraries to purchase literature. In 2022, 1237.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the local budget.
