In 2018, 12 courtyards (31 residential buildings) were landscaped.
Improvement of 15 yards (37 houses) is planned for 2019.
Communal services
In 2018, within the framework of the Nurly Zhol program, the Severo-Atamanovsky and Nizhne-Sogrinsky water intakes were reconstructed. Reconstruction and laying of networks with a length of 4.38 km was completed.
As part of the investment program "Askemen Vodokanal", 11.6 km of water supply networks were reconstructed and 3.0 km of sewerage networks were overhauled.
As part of the investment program of JSC MC TS, in 2018, 4.3 km of the heating network channel were replaced, current repairs were carried out on 4.2 km of the heating network channel.
Projects will be completed this year:
- “Reconstruction of water supply networks with. Menovnoye ”- 14.1 km of water supply networks, 1580 people will be connected.
- “Construction of sewerage networks in the village. Menovnoye "- 26.8 km of sewerage networks, 4951 people will be provided.
- “Reconstruction of water supply networks with. Akhmirovo "- 34.9 km of water supply networks, 3344 people will be connected.
Funds have been pledged for the construction of substations Akhmirovo, Centralnaya and Novaya (total capacity 256 MW for the left-bank part of the city).
Work is underway to implement 2 projects worth 9.9 billion tenge through the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. - "Modernization of the water supply and sewerage system". - "Modernization of the heat supply system". The implementation of new projects will increase the profitability of enterprises and will affect the reduction of energy losses and accidents.
Road construction
Completed in 2018:
- Reconstruction of Astana street.
Carriageway coverage area 26 512 m2; area of sidewalks 16 908 m2; area of playgrounds and sports grounds - 820 m2; 327 light points installed; 1600 meters of storm sewers were laid.
- Reconstruction of Protazanova Street.
The coverage area of the carriageway is 24 415 m2; sidewalks - 6369 m2.
- Reconstruction of the Embankment. Slavsky. Carriageway coverage area 24 395 m2; sidewalks - 5,212 m2.
- Overhead pedestrian crossing. Total length - 124.45 meters, width - 3 meters.
- Reconstruction of parking in the airport area. The total number of parking spaces is 110; pavement area - 4 365 m2; sidewalk - 145 m2.
- Expansion of the bridge over the Ulba river in the alignment of st. Krylov. The total length of the bridge is 311.13 m. The width of the carriageway in each direction is 2x3.5 m. The area of the road surface is 5407.3 m2.
Overall in the city:
- Medium repair of city roads was carried out on a total area of 180,740 m2.
- patching was carried out on a total area of 50,000 m2.
Gravel repairs were carried out on Okhotskaya, Druzhinnikov, Seifullina, Kondybaeva, Vysokovoltnaya, Kievskaya road
In 2019 it is planned to implement projects:
- Completion of the reconstruction of Satpayev Avenue from Zhibek Zholy Street to Kazybek Bi Avenue. Repair of 3.5 km of the road, increasing the number of lanes to 8, installing pavement on an area of 162,371 m2.
- Reconstruction of st. Zhibek Zholy with right-hand turns at the intersection with Satpayev Avenue. Repairing 2.5 km of the road, increasing the number of lanes to 4, installing pavement on an area of 35 980 m2.
- Reconstruction of 3 intersections with the device of right-hand turns:
1) Auezov-Ordzhonikidze;
2) Protozanova-Myzy;
3) Bazhova-Rabochaya.
- Completion of the reconstruction of the bridge over the Irtysh river - Construction of an overhead passage along Satpayev Avenue. The throughput is 2100 people / hour, length is 49.7 m.
- Construction of an overhead passage in the area of the Khalifa Altai mosque. The capacity is 2100 people / hour, length is 38.1m. Medium repairs are planned for Serikbayev, Potanin, Auezov, Pobeda, Voroshilov, Golovkov, Dzerzhinsky streets, Ushanov square. Total area: 190,075 m2.
Landscaping
Implementation of projects is planned for 2019:
- Reconstruction and improvement of Golovkov, Gorky, Ordzhonikidze streets by creating an extensive pedestrian zone 200 m long and about 2 hectares in area.
- Completion of the improvement of the Samal park with the creation of a basketball and volleyball courts, 2 children's playgrounds, a skate park, a beach area with showers and changing rooms, and a lighting system for 670 light points.
Lighting
Plans for the current year:
- installation of 511 interactive lighting fixtures (Kazakhstan st., Satpayev ave., left-bank part, the road through Pionersky Island, Ordzhonikidze st.);
- in the reconstructed courtyards - 187 lighting poles with energy-saving lamps (Satpayev Ave., Kosmicheskaya St., Slavsky Nab., Komsomolskaya St., Timiryazeva St., Permitin St., Ostrovsky St., Pobeda Ave., Moldagulov St., Egorova, st.Sevastopolskaya, st.Bazhova);
- installation of 299 and replacement of 27 metal supports (Samal park); - replacement of 376 lamps (Samal park);
- coverage of approaches to schools No. 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 23. Work is underway to implement the project "Replacing street lighting with energy-saving" in the amount of 2.95 billion tenge through the EBRD.
