He was born on September 5, 1991, in the Aksu District of the Almaty Region. In 2010, he graduated from the College of Zhetysu State University with a degree in Finance. In 2013, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law Innovative University in Semey with a degree in Finance.

Карьера

2012 – 2015 – worked in various positions in the Department of Economics and Finance of the Zharminsky District of the East Kazakhstan Region;

2015 – 2016 - Assistant to the Akim of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk of the East Kazakhstan Region;

2016 – 2017 - Head of the Industrial and Innovative Development Sector of the Department of Entrepreneurship of the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk;

2017 – 2026 - Deputy Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship of the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk;

On May 5, 2026, he was appointed Head of the Finance Department of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
