Information On the implementation of the State program housing and communal development "Nurly Zher" in 2020 in East Kazakhstan region

In 2020, using all sources of funding

in the region, it is planned to build 118 apartment buildings (37-single-storey) with a total area of 535.8 thousand m2, 6,433 apartments, with an increase of 15%, by the volume of 2019, including:

- 42 credit houses at the expense of the state securities with a total area of

296.4 thousand m2, 3,679 apartments;

- 56 rental houses (37-single-storey) without the right to buy with a total area of 91.5 thousand m2, 1,184 apartments;

- 8 credit houses through JSC "SEC" Ertis " with a total area of 52.6 thousand m2, 744 apartments;

- 12 commercial houses with a total area of 95.3 thousand m2,

826 apartments by private investment

For reference:

Ust-Kamenogorsk – 37 houses on 290.9 thousand m2 (3,485 apartments);

Semey – 30 houses on 179.8 thousand m2 (2 128 apartments);

Districts – 51 houses on 65.1 thousand m2 (820 apartments).

Within the framework of the state program" Nurly Zher "for the complex construction of multi-storey residential buildings in the region, residential areas such as" Left Bank "in Ust-Kamenogorsk and" karagayly " in Semey are being developed.

By the end of 2020, it is planned to put into operation 487.0 thousand m2 at the expense of all sources of financing, with an increase of 110% to

In 2019, including:

- apartment buildings-269.2 thousand m2;

- Housing and communal services – 211.6 thousand m2 at the expense of the population;

- other housing – 6.2 thousand m2.

As a result, in 2020, due to the new construction, 2,047 m & a waiting lists will be provided with credit housing and 564 socially vulnerable segments of the population will be provided with rental housing without the right to buy. Of these, 193 are low-income families with many children.

Also, under the Bakytty Otbasy program, the loan limit for the current year in the region is 228 units for 2.3 billion tenge.
