Information on the implementation of Five social initiatives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the East Kazakhstan region "New housing opportunities for every family"

In the East Kazakhstan region in 2019, 1,222 apartments are planned for implementation under the mortgage lending Program "7-20-25" (hereinafter-the Program). Ust-Kamenogorsk, Semey, Ridder, Kurchatov and in the village of kaisenov in Ulan district, built by the operators of the Nurly Zher program-JSC "Samruk Kazyna", JSC "Baiterek development", as well as private developers and within the framework of the Regional program (through the SEC and at the expense of MB).

According to the decision of the mayor's office in Ridder, 55 apartments were transferred for sale among the waiting lists of MIO, as a result, there are 1,167 apartments, of which 316 apartments were sold on March 28, 2019. The remainder of unrealized apartments is 851.

As of March 28 this year, second-tier banks in the region accepted 512 applications for housing mortgage loans in the amount of 4,525. 9 million tenge, of which 316 applications in the amount of 2,851.5 million tenge were approved.

The Ministry of industry and infrastructure development of Kazakhstan initiated amendments to the law on housing relations, and also developed draft Regulations for the granting of housing certificates, providing for the terms and procedure of provision of housing certificates in the form of social assistance and social support (upon approval).

The regional akimat has proposed a mechanism for subsidizing the cost of a square meter of housing under the Program by purchasing from private developers at the cost of construction and further selling at the cost of 140 thousand tenge per 1 m2.

As part of the Program, work is underway to subsidize the cost of 1 square meter of housing for employees of budget organizations (education, health, and internal Affairs agencies).

Semey city akimat provided a list of 98 employees of budget organizations (education, health, internal Affairs bodies) who want to find housing in a residential area of karagaila, including: in the field of education - 67, in the field of health - 18, in the Department of internal Affairs - 13.

The work on updating the lists of employees who want to buy housing in the residential area of karagaila continues.
