More than 2,000 services for online registration of legal entities were provided in East Kazakhstan region

Online receipt of government services is becoming increasingly popular in East Kazakhstan region. In 2023, the branch registered more than 2,000 registrations of legal entities online.

          According to the deputy director of the “Government for Citizens” branch in East Kazakhstan region, Gulfaira Nurzhanova, speeding up the business registration procedure became possible thanks to the process of automation and optimization of public services. If earlier an applicant came to a government agency with 5 or more documents and waited up to 5 days for data verification to receive registration, today the entire procedure takes no more than one day electronically and does not require any documents.

           Also, such electronic services are provided as initial registration of small and medium-sized businesses, their branches and representative offices; re-registration of commercial legal entities; liquidation of legal entities, their branches and representative offices; change of location of a legal entity belonging to a private business entity, branch (representative office), with the exception of a joint-stock company, branch (representative office).
