The subject and objectives of the activity of a public institution.
The institution carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Non-profit organizations", "On State Property" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main tasks of the Resource Center are:
1) information and methodological, consulting support and support for youth initiatives;
2) monitoring and analysis of the situation in the youth environment;
3) creation and dissemination of information about the Katon-Karagai district and its tourism potential, promotion of a tourist product on the international tourism market and within the state, creation of conditions for the development of new business entities and scientific and methodological support in the field of tourism activities.
1) provides information support for the implementation of state social programs for young people;
2) forms a collection of methodological materials, educational and management technologies, materials of seminars and webinars, reference information for youth and youth organizations;
3) provides legal, consulting, methodological assistance to youth and youth organizations;
4) actively works to promote employment, career guidance, and the activation of the volunteer movement and entrepreneurship among young people;
5) takes an active part in consultative and advisory bodies on the territory of an administrative-territorial unit;
6) creates and provides dialogue platforms for discussing issues arising in the youth environment for the implementation of initiatives in the field of youth policy;
7) provides support and support for youth projects and youth initiatives that activate self-organization and self-realization of the spiritual, cultural and creative potential of youth;
8) within the framework of the powers granted by local executive bodies, participates in holding regional and republican youth forums;
9) participates in the collection of information on the needs and problems of youth, determining their priority;
10) participates in collecting information and studying the activities of youth organizations, youth self-government, youth movements under parties, ethnocultural centers of human rights, religious and non-governmental organizations in the region working with youth, identifying trends and trends in youth ranks;
11) participates in analytical work to study the situation in the youth environment of the district;
12) participates in sociological research, forecasting risks in the youth environment and trends in the development of youth policy in the region;
13) studies and participates in the development of recommendations, projects, and a system of measures aimed at improving social infrastructure for young people;
14) actively work to promote the development of youth leisure;
15) within its competence, provides information about its activities for youth and youth organizations, as well as interested organizations and individuals;
16) providing necessary and reliable information about the rules of entry into the country (place) of temporary stay, as well as departure from the country (place) of temporary stay, about the customs of the local population, shrines, monuments of nature, history, culture and other tourist attractions under special protection, the state of the environment;
17) assistance in obtaining information and other types of assistance to foreign tourists;
18) organizing and conducting promotional tours for tour operators and media representatives;
19) organization of information points (racks, racks) in bus station buildings and other places with constant updating of tourist information;
20) opening and maintaining a website with all the necessary information, advertising in the media and on billboards;
21) organization and holding of district and regional exhibitions, seminar fairs, festivals, forums, and other tourist events, as well as participation in these events;
22) implementation of relations with Kazakhstani and international tourism organizations;
23) production of video, audio and other electronic products about the tourist potential of the Katon-Karagai district;
24) organization of accommodation in the places of residence of the official delegation and officials;
25) provision of tourist information and advisory services to residents and guests of the district;
provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the form of legal advice in oral and written form on issues related to their competence in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for consideration of citizens' appeals;
