The actions of man depend primarily on the level of his moral principles and professionalism. Anti-corruption is everyone’s task. The propaganda of universal rejection of this phenomenon, discrediting our society, is one of the main directions in the activities of the district department of physical education and sports.
Increasing the professional competence of specialists and managers, mastering new information technologies plays a large role in anti-corruption work. In the prescribed manner, certification and training of personnel is carried out. The appointment of managers and specialists of the department is based on an open competition.
It is impossible to fight corruption with legislative measures alone. It is not possible to eradicate this phenomenon while bribery is considered the norm. Effective anti-corruption efforts require the efforts of each person, of society as a whole.
In the sports department, classes in legal education are held, where the whole team is present. An anti-corruption work plan has been drawn up. The head and specialists carefully study the articles of the Law “On Combating Corruption”, 8 ethical standards, and protocol meetings of the Nur Otan party. Every year, the regional newspaper "Arai-Luch" publishes a declaration of the head and specialists of the department of physical education and sports of the Katon-Karagai region. Verification of the legality and effectiveness of the department’s spending of money is carried out.
