1. Public service: Registration of documents for social services in state and non-state medical and social institutions that provide services at the expense of state budget funds.

List of documents:

- a written application from the service recipient, and for minors and incapacitated persons, a written application from a legal representative (one of the parents, guardian, or Trustee) or a request from a medical organization;

Online service to help parents of children with disabilities

Today, more than 69 thousand children with disabilities live in the country. To assist a family raising a disabled child, various types of social benefits are paid from the state budget, and special social services are provided in inpatient and semi - stationary institutions and in home care.

However, most parents are afraid to put their children in the hands of qualified specialists who can work with the child taking into account its individual characteristics, and independently serve their children at home. At the same time, the family can not always afford to pay for the help of a qualified specialist to consult on the child's upbringing, to choose the required training program. The development of a network of day-care units has not affected all rural remote regions, which makes it difficult for parents to access the help, sometimes very necessary, of qualified specialists.

To assist parents in raising children with disabilities in terms of modernity and availability of services of qualified specialists, an online support service is being opened to provide psychological assistance and advice. The main task of the Service will be to preserve psychological health, create a favorable climate in the family and provide psychological support to people raising children with disabilities.The organization of the Service was initiated by the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the state pension payment center of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kazakh - Russian medical University. The work of the Service will be organized using the capabilities of the Internet resource via the "SKYPE" software.

Attention of employers!

By order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 532 dated June 17, 2016, administrative accounting forms were approved to provide information about demanded specialties and vacant jobs.

According to the requirements of the order, approved forms are provided by all legal entities and individuals engaged in all types of economic activities, as well as persons conducting activities on a patent basis.

Individuals who do not employ employees on a permanent basis do not provide information about the professions in demand and projected jobs.

Based on the order, employers are required to submit reports using the following forms:

1. Form 1-HRM is submitted by employers if there are available jobs (vacant positions)within 3 working days from the date of the vacancy. The report on the specified form is submitted by employers if there is a vacancy, if there is no such information, the report is not submitted.
2. Form 1-forecast is provided by employers if there is information about the need for employees and specialists, twice a year as of April 1 and October 1 annually. The report on the specified form is submitted by employers if there is information about the need for employees and specialists, and if there is no such information, the report is not submitted.
