Born on March 06, 1984 in the village of Katon-Karagai, Katon-Karagai district, East Kazakhstan region. In 2007, he graduated from the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai with a degree in Jurisprudence, and in 2023 he graduated from the Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in Physical Culture and Sports.
