The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs is a non–commercial, self-regulating organization, which is a union of business entities.

The purpose of its creation is to provide favorable legal, economic and social conditions for the implementation of an entrepreneurial initiative.

The first block is to provide subjects with legal advice and protection of rights at the national level on administrative barriers.

The second block is economic, financial support is assistance in obtaining funds in the form of loans, drawing up business plans for beginners and current businessmen.

The third block is social support, which will be manifested in the field of training, retraining, advanced training, certification and attestation of personnel in economic sectors.

By the district branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of East Kazakhstan Region provides the following types of services free of charge:

6) consultations on the declaration of goods within the framework of the Customs Union;

7) consulting services under the terms of a foreign trade contract.

3. Consulting and full support of the entire process of implementing management systems, including:

1) preparation of documents for certification in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2000 (quality management systems), ISO 14001:2004 (environmental management systems), ISO 22000:2005 (food safety management systems), OHSAS 18001:2007 (health and safety management systems) and other standards;
