Implementation of the socio-economic development of the rural district. The office of the rural district employs 2 civil servants and 1 freelance worker. There are 4 settlements in the rural district (Novo-Polyakovka, Besyui, Sennoe, Karazhal).The population is 721 people. According to the national composition, Kazakhs-248 people, Russians-466 people, Tatars-4 people, Mordvins-1 person and a Korean woman-1. There are 2 schools in the district, one with secondary education and 1 with incomplete secondary education, 2 FaaS and 1 VA, 2 village clubs and 2 rural libraries and 1 church.
