On the territory A gathering of the local community and a meeting of the local community are being held in Korobikhinsky rural district to resolve issues of local importance.
Minors, persons recognized by the court as legally incompetent, as well as persons held in places of deprivation of liberty by a court verdict do not have the right to participate in a gathering of the local community.
A meeting of the local community is held as necessary on the most important issues of local importance.
The local government meeting is held on current issues of local importance:
1. Discussion of budget programs;
2. Discussion of the formation and use of revenue sources.
3. The formation of a local government commission from among the participants of the meeting in order to monitor the use of budgetary funds allocated for solving issues of local importance and income sources.
4. Hearing and discussion of the report on the results of the monitoring of the use of budgetary funds.
5. Other current issues.
The important work of the rural district is occupied by the work of the Council of Mothers, the main focus of which is to support the family and demographic policy being pursued in the country. It helps to preserve and strengthen the institution of the family, contributes to the education of the younger generation and the prevention of delinquency among adolescents.
The Mothers' Council is involved in improving women's literacy.
The Council of Elders of the Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan also works in the Akim's Office, which helps to strengthen unity in society, foster patriotism and responsibility of citizens, mediation, mentoring and transfer of knowledge and experience in ensuring harmony among the population. A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who permanently resides within a rural district may be a member of the Council.
