The land issue

In accordance with Article 35 of the Law "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", as well as Article 19 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003 No. 442, (hereinafter referred to as the Code) to the competence of akims of a city of district significance, a settlement, a village, rural districts in the field of regulation of land relations within the border (features) of a city, town, or rural locality include:

provision of land plots for private ownership and land use, except for the cases provided for in Articles 13 and 16 of this Code;
1-1) establishment of public easements in accordance with Article 69 of this Code;
2) making proposals to the district (city) akimat on the issue of seizure of land plots, including for state needs;
4) ensuring the implementation of the Pasture Management and Use Plan and submitting an annual report on the results of its implementation to the local government body (local community meeting);
5) publication in the mass media, distributed in the relevant territories, of annual reports on the results of the implementation of the Pasture
