To date, within the framework of the "economy of simple things" program, which is a state program to support domestic producers, the region has continued to monitor the share of local content in the purchases of administrators of budget programs for goods in the furniture, light industry, construction materials, food industry, chemical and engineering products.
In accordance with subparagraph 4) of paragraph 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2020 No. 287 "on further measures to stabilize the economy", a Special procedure for public procurement during crisis situations was developed and approved. According to paragraph 3 of the Special procedure for public procurement, the purchase of goods is carried out from domestic producers on the basis of information provided by the authorized body in the field of local content development (Ministry of industrial infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan), thus all customers in the region are reoriented to purchase goods from domestic producers.
