Information on indicators of the share of local content in the procurement of goods "economy of simple things"

This year, in connection with the introduction of the state of emergency from March 16, restrictive measures were introduced in Kazakhstan, which affected all spheres of the state's life, including public procurement.
In this connection, according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated
On March 16, 2020, No. 287 "On further measures to stabilize the economy" in accordance with subparagraph 4) of paragraph 1 of the decree, a special procedure for public procurement for the period of crisis situations was developed and approved. In accordance with clause 3 of the Special Procedure for Public Procurement, the purchase of goods is carried out from domestic producers on the basis of information provided by the authorized body in the field of local content development (Ministry of Industrial Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan), thereby all customers in the region are reoriented to procure goods from domestic producers.
Following the results of 8 months of 2020, the results of the work carried out to achieve the established key performance indicator (KPI) in the East Kazakhstan region were:

To date, the planned balance of funds for purchases is 166.7 million tenge, of which:
- for the furniture industry - 6.4 million tenge,
- for light industry - 42.6 million tenge,
- for construction materials - 31.7 million tenge.
- for the food industry - 69.0 million tenge.
- for mechanical engineering - 6.9 million tenge.
- for the chemical industry - 10.1 million tenge.
To date, the fulfillment of the established target indicators for the branches of goods of the "economy of simple things" has been achieved.
At the end of the year, it is expected that the full development of funds for the purchase of products of the light, furniture, food, chemical industries, mechanical engineering and construction materials.
