In accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On housing relations", a sub-item 16-5) of paragraph 1 of article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" within the competence of local Executive bodies of the district include approval of Rules of organization and holding of events on the current or capital repair of facades, roofs of apartment houses, aimed at giving a single architectural appearance of the settlements of Glubokovsky district of the East Kazakhstan region.
In this regard, the Glubokovsky district Akimat has developed a draft resolution "On approval of the Rules for organizing and carrying out measures for the current or major repairs of facades, roofs of apartment buildings aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to settlements of the Glubokovsky district of the East Kazakhstan region".
