Currently, applications for the appointment of State Targeted Social Assistance (hereinafter TSA) for the 2nd quarter of 2021 are being accepted.
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 17, 2001 No. 246 "On State targeted social assistance", the right to TSA is granted to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kandas, refugees, foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, with an average per capita income not exceeding the poverty line(in the East Kazakhstan region for the 2nd quarter of 2021, the poverty line is 24,223 tenge).
Families from among the recipients who have children aged from one to six years old at the time of the appointment of assistance carry out the order of guaranteed social packages through the Social Services Portal http://aleumet.egov.kz.
The list of guaranteed social packages includes food packages for children from 1 to 3 years, food packages for children from 3 to 6 years, a set of household chemicals from 1 to 6 years.
To place an order, the recipient of the services is authorized on the Social Services Portal, signs a public contract by means of a personal electronic digital signature (EDS), while simultaneously signing an application for reimbursement to the supplier of the guaranteed amount for the provision of the service. A certificate confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of targeted social assistance can be obtained through the e-government portal by means of an electronic digital signature (hereinafter referred to as EDS) at the linkhttps: / / egov.kz/cms/ru/categories/family_support
