On the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Population Migration", as well as on the basis of Resolutions and Decrees adopted in connection with this Law, certain work is being carried out to receive, accommodate and create social and living conditions for oralmans who have moved to the district.
Today, 194 families (908 people) live in the territories of the Glubokovsky district. Of these, 474 people of working age, 150 people of working age got permanent jobs, 15 entrepreneurs, 309 self-employed. 65 families participate in the regional program "Nurly-Kosh" in 2009-2012. In the city of Kurchatov, according to the order given by the Department of the Committee on Migration for East Kazakhstan Region, 15 families were sent. To date, 11 families living in the city of Kurchatov are employed in permanent jobs, 4 children are placed in school, 3-in kindergarten.
As of April 1, 2014, the number of families wishing to participate in the regional program "Nurly-kosh" in the village ofNovoyavlenka was 54 families, 38 families moved to the village.Novoyavlenka.
As of April 1, 2014, 7 oralmans worked on paid public works, 6 people applied for employment, and 9 people were registered as unemployed in the employment center.
Under the Employment 2020 Program, 9 people received loans for the development of agriculture, the opening of a bathhouse, and the opening of a parikhmakherskaya – in 2011, 17 people in 2012, and 41 people in 2013.
42 land plots, with a total area of 59, 5026 hectares, were allocated to oralmans for conducting personal subsidiary business. Every year, in rural districts, land plots are allocated in the summer for planting vegetables and potatoes within the boundaries of the district, to the families of oralmans who wish. The specialist of the department assists in the preparation of documents for social assistance (pension, disability, child benefit, targeted social assistance, for obtaining the status of oralman, as well as for obtaining quotas and citizenship, etc.), conducts daily reception of citizens to resolve and clarify social and legal issues. According to complaints and applications, oralmanov goes to the place of residence to resolve any issues that arise.
To date, oralmans have more than 300 heads of cattle in their personal farmsteads, 309 families have wheeled Chinese tractors with a set of special equipment, some have cars and trucks.
Work on the socio-cultural adaptation and integration of oralmans continues.
