Glubokoe district is a suburban area, located 30 km from the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. Until 1934, one paramedic worked in the village of Glubokoe; in 1935, a medical dispensary was opened, where one doctor and three nurses worked. In 1953, during the formation of the district center, in the village of Glubokoe, the Central District Hospital with 75 beds was opened. Currently, the health care in the district is represented by the Medical Association, Glubokoe Central District Hospital with 150 beds and ,LLP “Belousov private hospital” with 50 beds, 14 medical outpatient clinics in villages and 18 medical posts, 9 private dental offices.
GlubokoeCentral District Hospitalhas a good material base, all the necessary medical and diagnostic equipment, in the hospital there are 8 units with 150 beds (therapeutic, surgical, traumatological, A&R department, gynecological, children's, infectious, maternity), a district clinic for 690 visits to shift, there is a department of "emergency and emergency medical care", a new fleet of vehicles, staffed support units (laboratories, X-ray and fluorography rooms, physiotherapy room). Receptions in the clinic are held in 20 specialties (therapist, pediatrician, obstetrician-gynecologist, surgeon, dermatologist, oncologist, dentist, optometrist, ENT doctor, etc.).
Medical staff. Currently, 89 doctors and 309 paramedics work in the organizations. The level of categorization is high. Every year health workers undergo professional improvements at the expense of the enterprise. Today, there is a shortage of doctors in the district - 24 vacancies; obstetrician-gynecologists, pediatricians and therapists are required in villages, radiologists, an oncologist, pediatric neuropathologist, a pediatric optometrist and other doctors, and in rural medical dispensaries - obstetricians, paramedics.
The work pattern of health organizations from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. in villages for a five-day, in the village for a six-day. Privileges for the population by organizations are provided in accordance with the current decrees of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and orders of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Paid services to the population are provided according to the approved list mainly for carrying out preventive examinations, physiotherapy, dental services, fluorography, ECG, FGS, ultrasound, certain types of laboratory tests.
In the maternity department of the Glubokoe Central district hospital 400-450 children are born annually. To effectively assist women in labor and newborns, there is all the necessary equipment (incubator, heated table for newborns, electronic scales). Assistance is provided by an obstetrician-gynecologist with the highest category BimashevaMaulidaDalelkhanovna, neonatologist ChingalievaKenzhegayshaOralbaevna.
In 2007, a new digitizing X-ray machine was purchased, which made it possible to reduce the dose of patient exposure, since the images are stored in the computer’s memory, all the necessary projections and sizes can be obtained while working with a computer image.
Specialists in the polyclinic of the Glubokoe central district hospital: narrow ophthalmologist, neurologist, oncologist, surgeon, traumatologist, endocrinologist, otolaryngologist, obstetrician-gynecologist, dermatovenerologist, psychiatrist, narcologist, infectious diseases specialist, physiotherapist, dentist. Diagnostic tests are done on ECG, ultrasound, FGS devices. There is a biochemical, bacteriological, serological and clinical laboratories, physiotherapy and ECG-rooms, a gym.
In 2007, the “telemedicine” office was equipped, allowing the patient to receive expert advice from Ust-Kamenogorsk and other regions without leaving the district.
