In accordance with Article 14-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the Glubokovsky District" is an authorized body in the field of land relations regulation.
According to the land balance as of November 1, 2020, the land fund of the Glubokovsky district is 729,929 hectares .
In the State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the Glubokovsky District", according to the state register, as of May 1, 2021, it provides 10 public services (PEP – 7, GO - 3).
For 4 months of 2021, the department provided 289 public services.The provision of public services is carried out in accordance with the current legislation, the requirements of standards and regulations.
One of the main activities of the department is the identification of land that is unused and used in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.In 2019-2020, explanatory work was carried out with land users on 16 plots of agricultural land on an area of 1,723 hectares of pastures, on the basis of which the lease agreements were terminated on a voluntary basis. These plots were transferred to the special land fund of the Glubokiv district.
As of May 1, 2021, this work is also continuing and 7 plots on an area of 795 hectares of pastures were transferred to the special land fund in order to meet the needs of the population in pasture lands near settlements.
