Information on the development of physical education and sports in the Glubokoe district

In order to implement the state program for the development of physical culture and sports for 2011-2016, the Glubokoe Department of Physical Culture and Sports developed and approved plans for sports events.

Today, the district has 163 sports facilities, including 37 gyms, 70 sports fields, 32 football fields, 9 sports cores, 16 hockey boxes. Such material resources make it possible to attract 19164 people, who reach 29.8% of those currently engaged.

At present, 55 amateur sports team have been created in the region, where 92 specialists in physical education and sports work. Work on the development of mass physical education and sports in the district is included in the rating of the district akim, thereby significantly increasing participation in regional competitions and the coverage of the population involved in physical education and sports.

Today, according to the instructions of the Akim of the region, the work schedule of sports halls and sports sections in the evening and Sunday has been changed. Physical education teachers compiled a new class schedule in sports sections and sporting events. In January-February 2016, they held freestyle wrestling competitions, “the Golden Puck”, futsal, basketball, volleyball and cross-country skiing.

Big impetus for playing football was the celebration in 2013 of the 100th anniversary of Kazakhstani football. In this regard, mini-soccer fields with artificial turf were built in the village of Glubokoe, Belousovka and a soccer field in the village of Glubokoe. In 2013, mini-soccer fields were built in the village of Bobrovka - 2, Progress -2, in the village of Glubokoe - 2, in the Belokamenka village - 1 and multi-functional hockey box with artificial turf in Cheremshanka for the total amount of 8600.0 thousand tenge.

520 people in 8 amateur sports teams and Youth Sports School are involved in hockey in the area. For hockey in the area there is a standard hockey box for sports schools in the village of Glubokoe, where 52 people are engaged, classes are conducted by 2 full-time coaches, it is planned to take 1 more unit in September. Hockey boxes work in the village of Glubokoe, the village of Belousovka,  Ushanovo, village Praporschikovo, village Uvarovo, village Cheremshanka.  A multifunctional box was built in the village of Altai (Kazakhmys 13,000.0 thousand tenge).

In 2014 hockey boxes were built in the Maloubinka and Bystrukha villages and multi-functional hockey box with artificial turf in Sekisovka. In August 2015, the construction of the hockey box in the village was completed in Progress village.

The department works together with the District Education Department and the Children and Youth Sports School. Municipal Public Utilities Institution "Glubokoe Children’s and Youth sports school" is located in the village of Glubokoe, East Kazakhstan region. In the Children's and Youth Sports School there is the following material base: free-style wrestling hall, general physical fitness area, basement with a hockey box, sports hall in the village of Belousovka. There are 8 departments: football, athletics, freestyle wrestling, skiing, hockey, basketball, arm wrestling, volleyball.

This year we plan to open departments for kazaksha-kures, togiz-kumalak, equestrian sports, table tennis and boxing. To date, boxing gloves, a ring, gloves, pears, and a uniform for boxers worth about 800 thousand tenge have already been purchased. In November, a sports hall was allocated for the sports school.

The branches of the Children's and Youth Sports School are based in the village of Glubokoe, Belousovka, in the villages: Predgornoye, Cheremshanka, Glubochanka, Perevalovka, Uvarovo, and the village of Altai.

Department of education of Glubokoe District annually holds a sports contest among schoolchildren in 17 sports with a total coverage of 2986 people. In 29 comprehensive schools and 2 professional lyceums, 82 sports sections work, 2946 students are involved in them. Pupils of the region went on day trips to the Altai Alps, such work will continue in the winter in 2016-2017.

In 2016, the department of physical culture and sports of the Glubokoe district purchased sports equipment worth about 3900 thousand tenge.

However, in the development of mass sports today there are a number of problematic tasks that need to be addressed:

The main tasks of the State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Glubokoe District" on the development of mass sports:

-Realization of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev "Socio-economic modernization - the main vector of development of Kazakhstan"

- Involvement in mass sports up to 30% of the inhabitants of the Glubokoe district.

-construction of a sports complex in the village of Glubokoe.

-construction of mini-football fields and hockey boxes in all settlements of the region.

-opening of branches of the Youth Sports School in national sports: equestrian sports, kokpar, kazasha kures, toguzkumalak, weight-lifting.

- reinstate sports instructor bets.
