To date, the area of spring sowing is 86.0 thousand hectares with a plan of 87.5 thousand hectares (98.3% completion) of them
- spring cereals 48.1 thousand hectares or (94.2%)
- oilseeds 33.4 thousand hectares or (98.1 %)
All seed material in the amount of 20.2 thousand tons was tested in the laboratory of JSC "KazAgreks", all seeds are conditioned and 1-2 classes.
2730 tons of preferential diesel fuel are allocated to the district for carrying out spring field work, which is released without delay through 4 operators:

In general, 8.9 thousand tons of subsidized mineral fertilizers, or 101 kg per hectare of spring sowing, were purchased and applied for the 2021 harvest in the district.

In the field of investment in agriculture, the construction of an automated complex for processing oilseeds will be carried out in the Glubokovsky district. For 2021, on the basis of the enterprise "OHMK" LLP, the general contractor of "Eurasia Building LTD" LLP is reconstructing (expanding) the existing "Feed mill with a capacity of 6 tons of feed per hour" (The project goal is acceptance, cleaning and deep processing of crop products, namely oilseeds, cereals and legumes, 80% readiness, floors are filled, equipment is installed installation is planned for next week. The project is ready for state examination, sending on June 24.
This feed shop should meet the need for nutrients and feed the available MTF.Financing in the amount of 800 million tenge is carried out through JSC "Halyk Bank".
The construction of an oil processing plant for such components as soy, rapeseed, and flax is underway. It is necessary to initially" deeply " process them (allocate excess oil, i.e. this is the specifics of the formula for feeding animals), so some of the components are again flax, rapeseed and soy processed in a small creamery with double pressing and extrusion (flax and rapeseed are simply pressed, and soy is required to be extracted in addition to pressing), now there are 2 (two) products in the creamery, this is the meal from soy, flax and rapeseed which is sent as a component to the feed mill and the oil obtained during the processing of the product, it in turn is sent for storage and further sale.
A grain storage facility is also under construction, with a planned storage capacity of 20,000 tons. Financing in the amount of 800 million tenge is carried out through JSC "Halyk Bank". Currently, equipment has been purchased, installation works are underway, 80% readiness, a railway dead end has also been built, and a diesel locomotive has been purchased. 13 jobs were created. 1.3 billion tenge was spent. The balance of development is 100 million tenge.
