Each new address of the President of the country to his people is expected and has long been a milestone in the development of our state and a strategically important document. The current Message is "Constructive public dialogue-the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan". In it, the Head of State identified 5 main directions that "will ensure a confident entry into the top thirty developed countries of the world".
In order to clarify the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a plan of information and explanatory work was developed and approved, a media plan for coverage of promotion events in the media was approved, and a network schedule of organizational events to explain the main provisions of the Message was created by the end of this year.
In all educational, cultural, health care institutions, enterprises and organizations, stands and thematic corners on the subject of the Message are organized.

The religious situation of the Glubokoe district
In order to maintain the socio - political stability of the district, the Council for relations with religious associations under the Akimat of the Glubokoe district and 17 information and explanatory groups were established. Commission on State Symbols under the akim of the district
In the Glubokoe district, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the location of state symbols is checked, and their condition is constantly monitored.
To eliminate the facts of violations in the sphere of application of the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2021, an action plan has been developed, and work is being carried out in accordance with the plan.
Outdated symbols in government agencies and organizations are updated in a timely manner. There is a constant monitoring of the placement of outdoor campaign funds.
June 4 is the day of the state Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the festive event, the State symbols were honored. The solemn meeting continued with a motor rally.
Youth policy
The population of the district as of April 2021 is 59944 people, of which 10474 people are young people aged 14-29 years. The number of students is 8,964. Officially registered on the labor exchange – 434. This year, 109 young people were employed.
Since the beginning of the year, 2 meetings of the youth Council were held, at which the problem of employment was discussed.
In order to prevent youth crime, a close relationship has been established with law enforcement agencies. During the reporting period,8 meetings and 7 promotions were held.
In 2021, according to the program "With a diploma to the village!", 11 specialists were attracted to the district. Of these, 7 specialists in the field of education, 3 specialists in the field of health, 1 specialist in the field of agriculture.
11 specialists received lifting fees in the amount of 3 million 209 thousand tenge.
Social network
At this time, social networks are an important factor. Instagram Facebook has created an account "Glubokoe audany" since the beginning of the year, more than 852 materials have been published ( "Rukhani zhangyru", religion, activities of the public Council, sports, culture, etc.) In the social network "Instagram", the account "Glubokoe audany" has been created. The Department is constantly working on tracking social networks, monitoring the Internet space, as well as analyzing the socio-political situation on the most discussed issues.

Political parties
In the district, 1 branch of the parties is registered and operates: "NurOtan". the number of the "NurOtan" party is 2179 people.
Civil society institutions
The issues of constructive cooperation between the state and civil society institutions are one of the main priorities of state policy and are becoming increasingly relevant in the context of the modernization of the country's political system. Through this interaction, the broad involvement of the population in social processes, the development of a dialogue between society and the state is ensured.
This dialogue in the district is carried out through consultative and advisory bodies (the Council of Veterans, the Council of Elders, the Council of the Public, the Council of Youth, the Women's Council, the Coordinating Councils for Combating Corruption and Crime, etc.) and dialogue platforms. The chairmen of non-governmental organizations are members of the district council.
