Representatives of about 40 nationalities live in the Glubokivsky district in harmony. Therefore, one of the main activities of the District House of Friendship is the work of the Council of Public Consent, the main task of which is to consolidate the institutions of civil society, political and non-governmental organizations, in order to strengthen and develop Kazakhstan's identity on the principle of citizenship, public consent and national unity in society, to develop common approaches to achieve the goals and objectives of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, the implementation of the national patriotic idea of Mangilik El, and the education of a New Kazakh Patriotism.
There are 17 Councils of Public Consent in the Glubokovsky district. In the 1st quarter of 2021, members of the Councils of Public Consent took part in the reports of the mayors of rural okurugs and settlements of the Glubokovsky district. A number of issues of the residents of the district were resolved, such as:
- the quality of cleaning the streets from snow;
- capture and destruction of stray dogs, etc.
All problematic issues were resolved at the reception of specialists organized before the reports of the akims of rural districts. The work of the akims of the districts was recognized by the residents as satisfactory.An online meeting of the Council of Public Consent was also held to discuss the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan, on the approval of the work plan of the Council of Public Consent for 2021, on the rotation of council members.
In honor of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan created the project "30 to " rych del". Within the framework of this project, 3 trips of volunteers were organized to clean snow from the yard of lonely pensioners. From March 15 to March 20, within the framework of the ecology week, 5 events were organized together with kindergartens and schools, such as making crafts from waste, an exhibition of drawings on nature protection, creating green corners and clearing the playground from snow.
The campaign "Kayyrymdy Zhuma" was held for the distribution of bauyrsaks, tortillas and pancakes.
On the eve of the Nauryz holiday, ethnocultural associations held a charity event "Kopultty dastarkhan", where each nationality prepared its own traditional dish. They presented their dishes to large families for the festive table.
An important direction in the work of the House of Friendship is the activity of the Council of Mothers, which aims to promote the implementation of the goal of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan in ensuring social harmony and national unity, by strengthening the family and motherhood, as well as the cultivation of family values.

One of the priorities of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan today is the development of the institute of mediation. The mediator of the House of Friendship for the 1st quarter held 2 events, such as: a meeting with students of the Glubokiv Technical College on the topic "School, college-a territory without conflicts" and an action to provide free legal advice "Adal komek".
The core conditions of the activity of Ethno-cultural associations of the district are the common language, history, spiritual and material culture, self-consciousness, mentality, religion, psychology, demography. 5 ethnic and cultural associations (Russian, Ukrainian, Tatar, Azerbaijani, German) have been established in the district, which carry out their activities in accordance with the principles of national policy: tolerance, harmony, unity, cooperation, friendship.
Regional ECO-Houses of Friendship of the Glubokovo district, combining the resources of ethno-cultural centers, held a number of events:The feast of the Nativity of Christ, Epiphany, Shrovetide Week. The representative of the German ethno-cultural association Erbes Nadezhda became a diploma winner of the international online festival "Wirgemeinsam".
On the eve of the Day of Gratitude, a video greeting from the Azerbaijani ECO was organized. The history of the deportation of the German Bengard family was published. The exhibition "Menin kopultty elim"was organized.
Also on the Day of Gratitude, the representative of the Kazakh center Akisheva N. S. and the head of the German ethno-cultural association Schilling A.V. were invited to a live broadcast on the Altai TV channel.
In the first quarter of 2021, the House of Friendship of the Glubokiv District also held 2 anti-corruption events: an explanatory conversation and a seminar-meeting.
4 memoranda of joint cooperation were signed. Took part in the republican challenge "Tugan elge myn algys" - 2 publications. We took part in the campaign "Men kazaksha soileimin – 2021".
In February 2021, the acting director of the House of Friendship of the Glubokovo District, A. S. Namazbayeva, and the chairman of the Council of Mothers, R. K. Adilbayeva, took part in the program "Soyleseyik" where they gave explanatory answers to questions from viewers about the customs of the Kazakh people.
On March 30, 2021, the acting director of the House of Friendship of the Glubokovo District, A. S. Namazbayeva, conducted a live broadcast on the topic "Kazakhstan's model of Interethnic and Interfaith harmony".
The District House of Friendship, being a Center of Social Harmony, will continue to focus its activities on the development of Spiritual Harmony, interethnic stability, which will allow us to solve the tasks of "Rukhani Kazyn": the revival of interest and respect of the population for the traditions, history and culture of their land based on moral ideals.
Our task is to link together the historical memory, the cultural heritage of our land, the customs and traditions of our people, to instill moral values and high morale of society, which in the future will be transformed into a powerful transformative and creative force that can ensure the effective development of society.
