- Monitoring and analysis of experts ' activities;
- Control of compliance of the licensees qualification requirements, the adoption in the manner prescribed by law measures against legal and natural persons violating the rules and norms of licensing under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Accreditation of project management organizations in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction;
- Keeping records of issued licenses and certificates;
- Control over the implementation of administrative documents of higher authorities;
- Organization of work and seminars on issues within the competence of the licensing and certification Department;
- Consideration of letters, applications, complaints, appeals of citizens and official correspondence;
