The Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the East Kazakhstan region informs employers about the need to apply for the need for foreign labor for 2025.
Requirements:
1) the application is submitted in the form in accordance with Annex 1 to the Rules for establishing a quota for attracting foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 274;
2) the application must be sent with a properly executed cover letter (outgoing number, certified by the signature of the manager and seals, contact details indicating the responsible person, phone numbers and e-mail addresses);
3) contain a detailed description in the application form of the justification for the need to attract foreign labor;
4) the application must specify the type of economic activity with a 5-digit code (for example: mining and processing of copper ore - 07292);
5) the application is submitted in the state and Russian languages;
Application deadline: until 18.30 on September 30, 2024.

On May 17, 2022, the staff of the Department of the State Labor Inspectorate of East Kazakhstan Region discussed the topic of the upcoming referendum on June 5.
Amendments are provided for in Article 31 and addition of 2 new articles of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The referendum is aimed at Kazakhstan's transition to a qualitatively new model of formation and interaction of government institutions, the establishment of a new political culture.
The Management team fully supports and will take an active part in the Referendum.
The State Labor Inspector Suleimenov Z.M. held a meeting with employees of "Zherek" LLP to explain the norms of labor legislation dedicated to the World Labor Protection Day.
During the meeting, explanations of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan were given, and the duties of the employer in case of industrial accidents were also discussed.
State labor inspectors of the Labor Legislation Control Department for Semey in Semey Kurylys Materialdary LLP held a meeting dedicated to the World Labor Protection Day. At the meeting, the duties of the employer on accounting and investigation of accidents at work were discussed.
In LLP "KTZ – Cargo transportation" - the Semey branch of the GP with the participation of the state labor inspector T.M. Tusupbaev, chairman of the trade union committee, doctors of LLP "Mediker - industrial Medicine" held a round table on the topic: "Joint efforts to form a positive culture of labor protection", dedicated to the World Labor Protection Day. A competition "Kauipsizdik kasibilikte" for knowledge of industrial safety and ecology was organized between the teams of the Semey station, Zhana-Semey, VCHDE-23 Families and TCHE-24 Families.
On April 28, 2022, State Labor Inspector Kabaev A.A. took part in the solemn event "Global TB and Ecology Day" of Ust-Kamenogorsk CHP LLP, dedicated to the World Labor Protection Day.
The event was held in two stages. In the first part of the event, various contests and quizzes were held on occupational safety and health.
In the second part, a fire-tactical competition is held with the involvement of the personnel of the fire and emergency rescue unit No. 106, during which the extinguishing of a conditional fire and practical skills of using powder fire extinguishers were practiced.
On April 27, 2022, Deputy Akim of Borodulikhinsky district Selikhanov E.Zh. together with the State labor Inspector of East Kazakhstan region Aituarov O.B. held a round table on the topic - "April 28 - World Labor Protection Day" to the heads of institutions of Borodulikhinsky district.
The State Labor Inspector informed about the situation of industrial injuries in the region. The participants of the meeting decided, within the framework of social partnership, to make efforts to form a positive culture of labor protection through explanatory work with enterprises and employees on an ongoing basis.
Also, on April 28, 2022, the head of the labor legislation control department in Semey, together with the Prosecutor's office of Semey, conducted explanatory work with the labor collective of the State Enterprise for the PCV "Teplokommunenergo" on compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, the team was congratulated on the World Labor Protection Day, informed about the results of the work carried out, the measures taken for safety and labor protection.
