The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 14, 2022 №. 36 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 17, 2022 №. 26832, reference control bank of the NPA RK in electronic form, February 21, 2022) approved the Rules for the provision of public services in the field of religious activities in the new edition:
- "Registration and re-registration of persons engaged in missionary activities";
- "Issuance of a decision on approval of the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, religious items";
- “Issuance of a decision on the coordination of the location of premises for holding religious events outside religious buildings (structures)”;
- "Issuance of a decision on the construction of religious buildings (structures), determining their location";
- "Issuance of a decision on the conversion (change of functional purpose) of buildings (structures) into religious buildings (structures)".
