In 2017, the following was implemented:
On 3-month courses to improve religious literacy of members of information and explanatory groups of East Kazakhstan region on the basis of the Khalifa Altai Mosque.
1.1 3-month courses were organized and conducted to improve the religious literacy of the members of the information and explanatory groups of the East Kazakhstan Region. These courses were held in 2017 in 2 streams (I stream: July 1- September 30, Stream II: October 1-December 30, 2017).
In total, the coverage of course participants in 2 streams for the reporting period amounted to 162 people. All students received certificates of completion of these courses.
1.2 As part of the organization of the courses, memorandums of cooperation were concluded with the Egyptian University of Islamic Culture "Nur-Mubarak", the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan, higher educational institutions of the region.
1.3 3 PhD doctors (155 hours), 5 doctoral students (460 hours), 6 Masters of Science (310 hours), 2 Candidates of Science (150 hours), 2 senior university teachers (180 hours), 9 bachelors with religious studies education (1770 hours) were involved in the educational process of 3-month courses to improve the level of religious studies and secular literacy of members of the information and explanatory groups.
1.4 The library's collection was opened and completed. The library's fund was replenished with literature in the amount of 1,479 pieces.
1.5 Criteria for assessing the knowledge and skills of participants and teachers have been developed. Questionnaires were conducted to assess the effectiveness of the lessons conducted.
1.6 Test tasks have been developed and approved for the final control of knowledge (electronic testing).
By secondary special education
2.1 Educational institutions have been identified (Municipal state-owned enterprise "East Kazakhstan Humanitarian College", Institution "Semey Multidisciplinary College") for training in the specialty "Islamic Studies", according to qualifications: "Imam Khatib", "Teacher of the basics of Islam";
2.2 Educational institutions have received appendices to licenses for training personnel in the specialty "Islamic Studies";
2.3 A state educational order has been placed for the training of personnel in the KGKP "East Kazakhstan Humanitarian College" with the qualification of "Teacher of the basics of Islam" - 15 places, the Institution "Semey Multidisciplinary College" with the qualification of "Imam Khatib" - 25 places. Orders have been drawn up and groups have been formed.
2.4 At the end of 2017, 12 students were studying at the East Kazakhstan Humanitarian College, and 22 students were studying at the Semey Multidisciplinary College.

In April-May 2018, a program of in-depth training of members of information and explanatory groups of East Kazakhstan region on the basis of the kHalifa Altai Mosque was developed and approved for the improvement of religious literacy of members of information and explanatory groups of East Kazakhstan Region on the basis of the kHalifa Altai Mosque in order to increase secular and religious literacy.
1.2 In order to train competent and competent practitioners, to further improve professional knowledge, 69 students with good theoretical knowledge and practical skills were selected from among the students who studied in 2017 at the 3-month courses on improving secular and religious literacy.
In order to organize the educational process at courses on improving secular and religious literacy, the Department of Religious Affairs of East Kazakhstan Region signed memorandums on cooperation with the University of Egyptian Culture "Nur Mubarak", the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan and higher educational institutions of the region.
55991 thousand tenge was allocated from the budget to organize and conduct 3-month courses to improve secular and religious literacy. The seminar dates are from July 1 to September 30, 2018. The 3-month curriculum consists of two modules: socio-secular (95 hours) and theological (459 hours) disciplines. The amount of study time will consist of 576 hours, including 520 hours of theoretical and 56 hours of practical classes.
In the framework of the upgrade of the members of advocacy groups ASD on the basis of the mosque "Caliph of Altai to improve the secular and religious literacy is planned attraction: 8 - PhD students, 5 doctoral PhD, 2 - the master's University "Nur - Mubarak", 2 - student University "Nur - Mubarak", 8 - members of RAMU RK, 2 - PhD (historical, sociological and philosophical Sciences), 1 teacher, 1 - master of psychology.
By secondary special education
1.1 Currently, 11 students are studying at the East Kazakhstan Humanitarian College with the qualification "Imam Khatib", 22 students are studying at the Semey Multidisciplinary College with the qualification "Teacher of the Basics of Islam".
2.2 For the 2018-2019 academic year, it is planned to admit applicants to the East Kazakhstan Humanitarian College and Semey Multidisciplinary College for the specialty "Islamic Studies", according to the qualifications "Imam Khatib" and "Teacher of the Basics of Islam. Expansion of the state order for 40 places.
