Meeting on compliance with regulations of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan while conducting employment relations

On February 4, 2024, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a meeting with heads of Education Departments of districts and cities and leaders of regional educational organizations regarding compliance with the regulations of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan when conducting employment relations.

During the meeting, Erik O. Rakhimov, a representative from East Kazakhstan Regional Department of the Committee for State Labor Inspection, addressed key questions on situations arising in educational organizations. The agenda also included a discussion on the review of citizen’s appeals in accordance with the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Dinara A. Tyulentayeva, Head of the Sector for Analysis and Control of Appeals of East Kazakhstan Regional Department of the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Edil Kairatuly, the Prosecutor of the Sector for Analysis and Control of Appeals, provided comprehensive and detailed explanations on compliance with the norms and requirements of the Administrative Procedural Code when working in the E-Otinish system.

Protecting citizens’ rights in all areas, including education is a top priority in society today, which is under constant control of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. Similar joint efforts to clarify the current legislation will be continued and carried out on a systematic basis.
