Regional round of Republican competition “Best Educator Award”
Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the annual traditional regional round of the Republican competition “Best Educator Award”.
For many years, Best Educator Award has served not only as an assessment of individual successes of teachers, but also considers the teacher’s contribution to education development, the effectiveness of their work and their professional skills.
The main goals and objectives of the competition are to raise the status of teachers and encourage creative teachers who have achieved high levels of professional success, to search for non–standard pedagogical ideas and discoveries that expand the possibilities of upbringing and educating children.
The competition included three round: Round I — district, city level; Round II — regional; Round III — republican.
According to the results of the competition, from among 5 finalists of the regional round, 3 teachers who scored over 80 points will participate in the Republican round of the competition:
- Zhanar N. Akimbayeva – an educator of the Kazakh language and literature of Abai East Kazakhstan Humanitarian College of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
- Dinara B. Bulatova – an educator of special disciplines (dombra) of East Kazakhstan College of Arts named after the People's Artists the Abdullin Brothers of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
- Lunara A. Omariyeva – an educator of the Kazakh language and literature of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.
