General legal educational seminar on “Building Anti-Corruption Culture” and “Preventing law violations while using an electronic digital signature” for educational organizations of Shemonaikha district

On April 05, 2024, in order to implement the comprehensive action plan for building an anti-corruption culture, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with Education Department of Shemonaikha district, held a general legal educational seminar on the topics “Building Anti-Corruption Culture” and “Preventing law violations while using an electronic digital signature” for educational organizations of Shemonaikha district.  During the seminar, the chief expert-lawyer of Organizational and HR Department of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region D. Kaldybayev explained the issues related to building an anti-corruption culture in public institutions, criminal or administrative responsibility of individuals involved in bribery, as well as mediators as stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Moreover, the seminar discussed the proper usage of electronic digital signatures, prevention of legal violations, and the legal responsibilities as outlined by the law.
