Regional dialogue platform for sharing experiences for preschool educators of East Kazakhstan region
On November 30, 2023, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a dialogue platform on the topic “Interaction between kindergartens and families in the upbringing and development of children” for preschool educators of the region at Azamat AS Kindergarten of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, East Kazakhstan region.
The aim of the dialogue platform was to enhance professional competencies by providing methodological support in developing various strategies for the interaction of kindergartens with parents in the context of updating preschool education.
The dialogue participants were welcomed by the children of the kindergarten who performed “Biz-bakytty baldyrgan”. Then the methodologist of Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region A.K. Kyrykbayeva made a presentation on the topic of the event.
During the seminar, qualified specialists, experienced teachers shared their experiences and showed their professional skills: kindergarten psychologist G.S. Shangishbayeva master class “Bolashakka satti kadam bastauy - balalyk shak”; director of Rakhat Kindergarten-Nursery No. 15 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region (Competence Center) S.B. Kapezova “Balabaksha men otbasy arasyndagi yntymaktastyk zholdary”; speech therapist-methodologist N.K. Kabylova held a business game “Ata-analarga arnalgan kyzykty logopediya”; educator U.Zh. Kapanova presented the master class “Ulttyk kundylyktar”.
The seminar participants took a tour of the kindergarten, viewed a methodical exhibition of educators, got acquainted with the centers of children active engagement in groups, where the participants of the seminar observed the activities of the children and the diverse organization of the developmental environment.
During the event, the founder of the kindergarten, A.Zh. Mynbayeva, conducted a review of the 10th anniversary of the kindergarten under the heading “Otkennen - onege, buginge - bagdar, bolashakka – zhospar”. The invited kindergarten veterans and parents expressed their sincere gratitude.
During the feedback session, the participants of the dialogue platform received answers to their questions and methodological recommendations on modern methods for the national upbringing of children and expressed gratitude to the organizers and speakers, noting the methodological competence, content and effectiveness of the event and wished the kindergarten team creative success.
About 50 educators from private preschool organizations of East Kazakhstan region took part in the dialogue platform.
