Results of the regional round of the Republican Linguistic Olympiad for 8th-11th graders

On November 28, 2023, the regional round of the Republican Linguistic Olympiad for 8th-11th graders took place at the Regional Specialized School-Lyceum for Gifted Children in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science.

The goal of the Olympiad is to identify, develop and support gifted children, as well as to improve and deepen their knowledge of applied linguistics

The Olympiad was attended by the winners of the district (city) rounds.

During a fixed period of time, the learners analyzed and solved several tasks, which typically contained information in a language unfamiliar to them.   

According to the results of the Olympiad, 16 participants won prizes (I place - 3 schoolchildren, II place - 6 schoolchildren, III place - 7 schoolchildren).
