Regional competition “Best Rural Teacher Award-2023” among teachers of small schools of East Kazakhstan region
On November 2, 2023, the regional competition “Best Rural Teacher Award-2023” among teachers of small schools was held in accordance with the action plan of Orken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
The goal was to identify, reward, and support creatively working teachers in small schools of the region, share advanced pedagogical experience, and enhance the quality of teaching in small schools of East Kazakhstan region.
Ten teachers from small schools of Altai, Samar, Glubokoe, Zaisan, Katon-Karagai, Kurchum, Ulan, Tarbagatai, and Shemonaiha districts, as well as Ust-Kamenogorsk city, participated in the competition. In the first task of the competition, “I am a successful teacher,” the participants presented their achievements, while in the second task, they demonstrated video lessons titled “Best lesson in a small school.”
The Competition Committee named the winners of the competition:
I place - Erasyl E. Amirkhanov, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of Algabas Secondary School of Education Department of Kurchum district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
II place - Zhanar K. Chabiyeva, a primary school teacher of Andrei Sumin Secondary School of Education Department of Altai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
II place - Ayakozy N. Kissambina, a teacher of history of K. Kaissenov Secondary School of Education Department of Ulan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
III place - Dana R. Tyulebergenova, a teacher of physics of Abai Secondary School of Education Department of Samar district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
III place - Madina K. Ilyasova, a teacher of history of Novo-Ilyinskaya Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Shemonaikha district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
III place - Ainur Ch. Khairullina, a primary school teacher of Progress Secondary School of Education Department of Glubokoe district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

Innovative Teacher - Dilyara N. Sotsyalova, a teacher of the Russian language and literature of Malonarym Secondary School of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
Qualified Teacher - Kenzhegul A. Amirenova, a primary school teacher of Akmektep Secondary School of Education Department of Tarbagatai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
Creative Teacher - Arkadiy N. Grakhov, a teacher of computer science of Profile School of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
The winners were awarded diplomas and certificates.
