Information of the 300th Anniversary of the Tragedy of the Jungarian Invasion “Aktaban shubyryndy Alkakol sulama”

Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, as part of marking anniversaries and celebrations  in all educational organizations, holds various events dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Tragedy of the Jungarian Invasion, that entered the history of the Kazakh people as “Aktaban shubyryndy Alkakol sulama”.

In order to instill in the younger generation the respect for the memory, history and heroic struggle of the Kazakh people, schools of the region held practical classes, informative historical classroom meetings, open lessons with writing essays with video reviews, viewing documentary chronicles.  

The round table on the topic “Aktaban shubyryndy, Alkakol sulamanyn Kazak halkynyn tarikhyndagy aschy kasiret” allowed students to get acquainted with the history of the most tragic period of our country, exchange views and broaden their horizons in knowledge of the historical period of the war against the Jungars.

Teachers of history took part in the dialogue platform “Otan korgaudagy halyktyn birligi men batyldygy”, where they discussed topical issues of patriotic education of youth and provided methodological assistance to young teachers.

The active interest of teachers and high school students was caused by the analysis of the song “Elim-ai”, which reflected the depth, tragedy of the historical event and left an indelible mark on the Kazakh history.

Furthermore, school libraries organized book exhibitions “The Struggle for the Independence of Kazakhstan”. Young readers had the opportunity to get acquainted with the history of the war, that marked the beginning of the unification of the forces of the whole people to preserve the independence and territorial integrity of the Kazakh land.

Events, dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Tragedy of the Jungarian Invasion “Aktaban shubyryndy Alkakol sulama” will be further held.
