Regional Roundtable “New Kazakhstan in the modern world”

On December 14, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional roundtable “New Kazakhstan in the modern world” for methodologists of Education Departments, deputy headmasters for educational affairs, teachers of History and Fundamentals of Law, educators of special educational institutions. It took place as part of the events, dedicated to Independence Day.

The aim of the event is to involve teachers in the social and political life of the Kazakhstan society, to improve teachers’ professional skills.

The speakers of the Roundtable:

Olzhas T. Zadayev, a methodologist of Educational Work Unit of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Zhana Kazakhstan - egemen elimizdin bolashaktagy beinesi”;

Alexander A. Kandlin, deputy headmaster for educational work of Regional Specialized School-Lyceum for Children Gifted in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Educating a citizen, patriot and competitive personality as a key to establish a New, Fair Kazakhstan”;

Toktar Sh. Sharipkhanov, a teacher of History of Secondary School No. 47 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region “Kazirgі Kazakhstan ekonomikasynyn synnyn damu erekshelikteri 2010-2022”;

Gulzhan K. Isanova, a teacher of History of Y. Altynsarin Secondary School No. 39 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region “Political and legal system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Specifics of the Eurasian Model of Political Dialogue”.

The event was attended by 27 teachers offline and 70 teachers on ZOOM.

The participants of the Roundtable discussed crucial issues of the history of the statehood of Kazakhstan, the strategy of New Kazakhstan in the development of the country, the problems of globalization and regional integration, the implementation of the election platform of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. K. Tokayev.
