Interregional workshop “Preparing educational planning and methodological documentation in TVPSE organizations”

Today, on September 27, 2022, Ust-Kamenogorsk Service College hosted an interregional workshop called “Preparing educational planning and methodological documentation in organizations of technical and vocational, post-secondary education” for deputy directors for educational, training and methodological affairs and methodologists of colleges.

The goal of the workshop is to exchange experience in preparing and use of educational planning and methodological documentation in the activities of TVPSE organizations.

During the workshop, reports were made by V. Yu. Lysenko, Deputy Director of Almaty Economics College, A.K. Seitbekova, a lecturer of special disciplines of Almaty Economics College (Development of educational programs of TVPSE in conditions of academic independence); K.K. Jantekeyeva, Deputy Director of Mangystau College of Arts, G.B. Tugerova, Deputy Director of Mangystau Polytechnic College (Development of a working curriculum for technical sector); A.E. Dairbekova, Deputy Director of Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College (Applying the aSc Timetables.exe platform and the Microsoft office software package to form a billing load and training schedule), E.S. Ekimova, Deputy Director for Educational and Methodological Affairs of Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College (Intracollege control as the basis for ensuring the training quality of a future specialist); L.O. Tashkenbayeva, a methodologist of Construction College of Semey city (Organization of work of College Methodological Service); Yu.V. Zubkova, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, M.N. Orlova, a methodologist of Ust-Kamenogorsk Construction College (Drawing up lesson plans using a mark-rating, letter evaluation system).

The interregional workshop resulted in the adoption of relevant recommendations. The number of participants in this event totaled 135 people.
