DEBATE “Bul palata Akhmet Baitursynuly muralarynyn pedagogikalyk kundylygy arkyly bugіngі zhas urpakty tarbieleu mehanismin usynady”
On September 19, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a Debate among young teachers of educational institutions and regional educational institutions (for schools with the official language of instruction) in Kazakh language and literature, History. It took place on the basis of Zhambyl Regional Specialized School-Boarding School for Gifted Children of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region within the framework of the Republican Methodological Recommendations on Marking the 150th Anniversary of Poet, Scientist, Turkologist, Translator, Teacher, Publicist, Public Figure Akhmet Baitursynov.
The goal is to reveal new facts from the life of Akhmet Baitursynov, to present the mechanism for educating the younger generation through the pedagogical value of the writer's heritage. Encouraging young professionals to study, predict, systematize certain facts, openly substantiate their point of view and represent their course correctly.
The debate discussion began with the familiarization with the program of the event by the methodologist of Shygys Regional Center B.K. Abraimova and a methodologist of Kazakh language and literature A.Zh. Bilyalova briefing on the order, rules of the debate game to young professionals.
During the event, the teachers of Zhambyl School-Gymnasium-Boarding School K. Sagiyeva, M. Mukasheva showed a video, dedicated to the works of A. Baitursynov.
Director of Samga Development Center of Ust-Kamenogorsk city N.E. Shaizanova presented the debate methodology to young professionals on the topic “Methods of preparing for a debate discussion”.
Headmaster of Secondary School No. 24 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, a teacher of History L. Mauithan in her author's work “Program of Debate Hobby Group” presented the features, methods, needs, ways to organize hobby groups.
Debate Speakers:
Zhanbota M. Maratova, a teacher of Kazakh language and literature of Basic Secondary School No. 14 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Toktar Sh. Sharipkhanov, a teacher of History of Secondary School No. 47 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Ayaulym K. Sharipzhanova, a teacher of Kazakh language and literature of Secondary School No. 35 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Binazar B. Oktyabr, a teacher of History of Secondary School No. 42 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, at the group discussion platform, proved their point of views of the Resolution, presented a case, defended their positions, spoke out in defense of the arguments of the group.
The Bile Zhuriniz Game addressed the questions related to the terms of the debate game, increased the activity of the participants.
Spectators of the Debate Game at the Parliamentary Round expressed their opinions.
Judges - Kuanysh Bakytzhanuly, a teacher of History of O. Bokei School-Lyceum No. 44 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, Nazim E. Shayzanova, Director of Samga Development Center of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, a debate coach and Oratory, Master of Humanities analyzed the disadvantages and advantages of the debate and named a group of winners.
Following the debate, the speakers were awarded letters of thanks, active participants were awarded certificates.
In all, about 50 young professionals took part in the event.
