Republican Methodological Workshop “Socio-psychological climate as an indicator of successful professional activities of teaching staff”
On April 11, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with the National Institute for Harmonious Human Development, held a Republican Methodological Workshop entitled: “Socio-psychological climate as an indicator of successful professional activities of teaching staff”.
The goal of the workshop is to provide methodological assistance to teachers in strengthening the spiritual and moral content of the education and upbringing system.
The workshop was attended by methodologists of District Education Departments, deputy headmasters for educational affairs, social educators, psychologists and teachers of Self-Knowledge of general education schools (in all, 200 people).

Botagoz K. Kudysheva, a leading researcher of the National Institute for Harmonious Human Development on “Socio-psychological climate as an indicator of successful professional activities of teaching staff”;
Nurgul Zh. Bektemisova, a senior researcher of the National Institute for Harmonious Human Development on “Psikhologiyalyk akhualdy durys kura bіlu pedagogikalyk uzhymnyn kasibi kyzmetinіn tabystylygynyn korsetkіshі”;
Indira T. Tagiyeva, a teacher-psychologist of Mayakovsky Secondary School of Education Department of Zharma district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Organization of a socio-psychological week at school”;
Almira T. Kabidoldina, deputy headmaster for Social Work and Raushan A. Badisoltanova, a psychologist of Z.Akhmetov Secondary School No. 16 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Mekteptin aleumettik zhumysyn uiymdastyru”;
Karlygash T. Musakhanova, a teacher-psychologist of Business and Service College of East Kazakhstan region “Socio-psychological climate’s influence on a successful teacher in professional activities”;
Lyudmila N. Khamitsevich, a teacher of Self-Knowledge of Secondary School No. 2 of Education Department of Ridder town of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Peculiarities to form a social-psychological climate of teaching staff”;

The work of the workshop continued in 5 sectional sessions, where psychological exercises, master classes, and trainings were demonstrated.
The workshop was followed by feedback, where the participants shared their impressions of the master classes and gave recommendations to teachers on the topic of the workshop.
