Regional online workshop “Counselors’ activities in educational institutions: Development. Problems. Perspective”

On November 2, 2021, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held an online regional workshop “Counselors’ activities in educational institutions: Development. Problems. Perspective”, within the framework of the events of the autumn vacation school in the direction of the Rukhani Zhangyru Program. It was attended by over 100 teachers - methodologists of District, City Education Departments, deputy headmasters of schools for educational affairs, counselors and teacher-organizers.

In order to generalize and disseminate the innovative pedagogical experience of the counselors’ activities in educational institutions, the winners of the regional competition “Talented Teacher for Gifted Children” acted as the speakers, who shared their work experience and demonstrated master classes:

I.D. Berezovikova, deputy headmaster for educational affairs of Menovnoe Secondary School of Ust-Kamenogorsk city on the topic “Forming a harmoniously developed and socially responsible personality as a factor of implementing the Conceptual Foundations of Education in the context of the Rukhani Zhangyru Program”;

A. Zhumangazina, a senior counselor of Kazakh School-Lyceum of Ayagoz region on the topic: “The role of self-management to develop leadership abilities and successful socialization of children”;

R.D. Israilov, a senior counselor of M. Auezov Secondary School No. 17 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city on the topic “Promoting volunteer activity and charity among learners within the Conceptual Foundations of Education implementing the Rukhani Zhangyru Program”;

Zh. Bolatbekuly, a senior counselor of Asubulak Secondary School of Ulan district on the topic “Senior counselor in the modern world.”

During the feedback, the speakers answered the participants’ questions.

We wish the winners of the regional round good luck and wins in the Republican Pedagogical Olympiad, which is taking place on 3-4 November, 2021.
