Telephone numbers of heads of departments for quality assurance in education published in the media

Mobile phone numbers of the first heads of Departments for Quality Assurance in Education of all regions of the country, as well as their deputies, have been published in the media in order to quickly respond to citizens' complaints. Kazakhstanis will be able to directly inform the heads of Territorial Departments about any problems in the education. For example, regarding to teachers’ involvement in irrelevant functions, violations of pedagogical ethics, the lack or malfunction of elements of security systems in educational institutions (video surveillance cameras, alarming buttons), etc.

It should be noted that earlier the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science published hotlines for Kazakhstanis’ complaints.

Over the past weekend, the Committee received about 300 calls and messages. In accordance with the information received, the officials of the Committee are taking the necessary steps.

It’s worth noting that at the beginning of the school year, the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan instructed to promptly consider complaints and proposals of citizens to the heads of Education Administrations, which are under the jurisdiction of local executive agencies (akimats). They supervise the issues related to schools and the organization of the entire educational process.

Citizens can directly contact the responsible persons and receive timely feedback and information on the measures taken.
