The Information System E-Zan Komegi” (https://eup.kz/) provides an opportunity for the population to receive online consultation on a free comprehensive social legal aid and state-guaranteed legal aid (hereinafter - AGLA) in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 19 and Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On advocacy and legal aid”.

Also, it has the functionality to find lawyers and legal consultants. This service will allow the population to search for a lawyer, legal consultant by specialization. During the Covid period, this decision turned out to be relevant.
