September 2, 2021, marked the 1st anniversary of the official opening of the Altai-Adaldyk Alany Project Office in the Altai region as part of the implementation of the project "Regions free from corruption"

Today, September 2, 2021, marked the 1st anniversary of the official opening of the Altai-Adaldyk Alany Project Office in the Altai region as part of the implementation of the project "Regions free from corruption", the purpose of which is to create barrier-free and comfortable conditions for citizens, eradicate domestic corruption, as well as cultivate such principles as integrity, honesty, justice and increasing citizens' confidence in state power.

During the year of work of the project office "Altai - Adaldyk Alani", the number of services provided by the service akimat amounted to 4762 public services, of which 844 were consultations of specialists.    

171 public services were automated, as well as a 100% transfer to electronic format of public services provided by the IEO.     

Local executive bodies pay special attention to the prevention of corruption. On an ongoing basis, measures are being taken to implement program documents defining measures to counter ...

The main spheres of live broadcasts are determined - education, health care, social protection of the population, architecture, urban planning, land relations, law enforcement and judicial bodies, etc.       

For the entire period of work of the project office of the Altai district, 62 live broadcasts and 75 video performances were held. The Youth Resource Center of the Altai district takes an active part in the activities of the project office Within the framework of the action "Month of Combating Corruption by the Public", the Youth Resource Center of the Altai District held 6 conversations during the year on the topic "What you need to know about corruption" and 4 actions "City without corruption".      

During the meeting with the youth of the district, new ideas and proposals from young people were heard and approved in addition to the work plan of the project office. To form the values of consciousness and integrity among young people, it is necessary to correctly combine family education and civil society, the existing environment. To do this, every citizen .

Within the framework of the project "ASHYG AKIMDIK" in the office "Altai - Adaldyk Alany" monthly meetings of the akim of the Altai district Baigonusov K.B. with residents of the Altai district are held.

During the year of work, the Special Monitoring Group of the «Altai-Adaldyk Alany» project office conducted more than 100 monitoring of such objects as pharmacies, shops, hospitals, schools, construction sites, independent departments and other enterprises of the Altai district.  At each monitoring with managers and employees of organizations, explanatory work is carried out to identify and eliminate corruption risks, ensure transparency of business processes and conduct public control. 

Also, the project office "Altai - Adaldyk Alani" takes an active part in the monitoring group of the Altai district to monitor compliance with sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules by employees of retail outlets, pharmacies and independent departments of the Altai district. 

For the fourth quarter of 2021, monitoring of the education department and other independent departments and organizations of the Altai district is planned. In conclusion, we wish the project office "Altai - Adaldyk Alany" and all the heads of independent departments and organizations of the Altai district successful work in order to further improve the state anti-corruption policy.
