The volume of tax revenues from SMEs for 12 months of 2019 compared to the same period last year amounted to 119.9% (an increase of + 515.165 million tenge).

In January-December 2019, the volume of investments in fixed assets of SMEs amounted to 15401.667 million tenge with an increase of + 80.041 million tenge. Compared to the same period last year, the growth rate was 100.5% (January-December 2018 amounted to 15321.626 million tenge).

In January-December 2019, the volume of external investments in fixed assets amounted to 2977.1 million tenge with a 2-fold increase compared to the level of 2018 by 1746.23 million tenge (2018 amounted to 1230.87 million tenge).

1.The project “Construction of the Turgusun Hydroelectric Power Station on the Turgusun River” on August 21, 2014 was included in the Industrialization Map by the protocol of the meeting of the Coordinating Council for the Forced Industrial Development of East Kazakhstan Region No. 1/15983 dated 08.21.2014. The total project cost (excluding VAT) is 13,393 million tenge, including:
- own funds - 3,930 million tenge;
- borrowed funds (including leasing) - 9,463 million tenge;
Installed capacity - 24.9 MW.
The average annual output is 79.8 million kWh.
Creation of jobs: during the construction period - 300 people, during the operation period - 15 people. Start of construction - 2014.
Current status: concreting work has been completed on the left-bank dam sections (No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 7) and the right-bank sections of the dam (No. 12, No. 14, No. 15), a water well and a retaining wall have been erected. Concreting work is underway on the site of the HPP building (No. 11) and the right-bank part of the dam (No. 10, No. 13). At site No. 12, the installation of a gantry crane of 200 tons so-called An overhead crane has been installed at the installation site. The installation of equipment was completed.

2. LLP “Favorit” (Reconstruction and development of the woodworking and plywood producing company LLP “Favorit”. Creation of production for the production of veneered plywood (laminated). (Founder - Ognev SV). The total cost of the project is 330 million tenge, financing scheme: loan funds under the program "Endіris II" - 264 million tenge., Own funds - 66 million tenge. 26 new jobs created.
In 2019, 245.1 cubic meters of products were produced in the amount of 34.672 million tenge of laminated plywood.
In total, plywood products for 2019 were released - 2,410.0 cubic meters. in the amount of 338.693 million tenge.
The planned output of laminated plywood for 2020 is 500 cubic meters. in the amount of 69.720 million tenge.

3. The VERF-Stroy LLP project (director V. Zelenchuk) “Modernization of the plant for the production of reinforced concrete products” was included in the East Kazakhstan Entrepreneurship Support Card by the minutes of the meeting of the Coordination Council for Industrial Development of East Kazakhstan region No. 08/06 of November 10, 2017. Project cost 160 million tenge (own funds). Funds are fully utilized.

The range of products is up to 26 items.
Modernization of the plant (replacement and commissioning of the crushing and screening plant) The innovative component of the project is the technology for the production of composite reinforcement.
On December 24, 2018, commissioning was carried out to commission the equipment, a trial batch of glass-plastic fittings was produced.
For 11 months of 2019, the first batch of 405 meters fiberglass reinforcement was produced for its own use. The number of employees is 38 people.

The enterprise was granted the Act - a contract dated 04/23/2018 for subsurface use operations, for the production of sand and gravel in the Snegirevskoye field in the Altai Region, East Kazakhstan region.

The Decree of the Akimat of the East Kazakhstan Region “On the map of support for entrepreneurship in East Kazakhstan region for 2015-2019” No. 35 dated 02/14/2019 included in the Map of support for entrepreneurship in East Kazakhstan region the project “Organization of a workshop for deep processing of wood — production of fiberboard, MDF, HDF, OSB” Kolor LLP (Sagadiev T.M.). The total project cost is 350.0 million tenge.
The project has been postponed to 2020-2021.
