About the work done over the past period of 2022

in the housing sector and privatization of housing and communal services and AD of the city of Uralsk

To date, more than 22,212 citizens are registered in need of housing from the state housing fund.

From January to July 2022 in the city  Uralsk 308 people registered for housing in need. 

          For 2022, 150 million tenge has been allocated for the provision of housing certificates in Uralsk.  As of July, 23 people received a housing certificate in the amount of 10 987.595 million tenge.

                 Within the framework of the State Program of Housing and Communal Development "Nurly Zher" for 2020-2025, since the beginning of the year, 3 credit houses have been provided to citizens registered in need of housing in the MIO at 99/1 Samal Street, Uralsk (total 180 apartments, from of them; 1- kom 72, 2 kom 72, 3 kom 36) ; at:  Uralsk, Samal str., house 84 (total 104 apartments, of which 1- room 24, 2- room 32, 3- room 48); at the address: Uralsk, ul. M.Munkeuly, house 91/3 (total 72 apartments, 2-room 36, 3-room 36) .

The approved budget of the department for 2022 is 11,546,764.0 thousand tenge. As of July 1, out of the planned 5,244,685,0 thousand tenge, 5,244,674.5 thousand tenge has been mastered, the percentage of development is 100.00%.

The department finances programs on housing and communal services, landscaping, passenger transport and highways.

For the 2nd quarter of 2022, 722 invoices for payment were carried out through the territorial bodies of the Treasury and 102 contracts were registered.

Statistical reports were submitted in the form – 11 annual, 1-invest annual, monthly, 1 T-labor quarterly and quarterly tax reports.

We drilled 4 wells out of 6. Work is underway to adjust the project due to the rise in cost of the estimated cost.

Reconstruction of the sewage pumping station 19A and drainage networks from the KNS 19A to the receiving chamber of the CBS with a length of 15,690 m in Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region."

16 km of 16 km pipeline has been laid. Work on the construction of the KNS is planned for 2022. Measures are being taken to adjust the project.

In 2021, the contractor carried out preparatory work. The territory was cleared and a fence was installed, the dismantling of the existing fan cooling tower and the pumping station of the circulating water supply were carried out. An order for a new cooling tower has been completed and a transformer substation has been purchased.  In 2021, 100,000,000 tenge was mastered (SMR 95 million, tech.supervision – 3 million, author- 2 million).Also, the contractor is carrying out work on pouring the foundation for a new cooling tower, transferring existing 10 kV cable lines. and supply pipes, bends, valves were purchased

#Development of the PSD.

Object #1. Development of a PSD for the object "Reconstruction of the head water intake and main water pipelines of the Kamensk group water pipeline of Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region". According to the maintenance in a condition suitable for operation of water supply and sanitation networks that are on the balance of the MIO, a contract has been concluded from a single source with Batys Su Arnasy LLP. The allocated amount for 2022 is 250 million tenge.

Arrangement of a temporary pumping station at KNS-18A.Allocated 148 885, 446 thousand tenge. In accordance with the contract on public procurement of goods No. 53/d-ok 2022-06-21 for the supply of equipment, an agreement was concluded with NSK MVM CONSTRUCTION LLP. Delivery time 90 days

Arrangement of a water intake floating station on the Ural River and the purchase of reservoirs.Allocated 412,127.0 thousand tenge. Competitive procedures have been announced. The approximate time for determining a potential supplier is July 2022.
Purchase of equipment for ZKREK LLP (AGP).The amount of 54,900 thousand tenge was allocated. Competitive procedures were announced. The approximate time for determining a potential supplier is August–September 2022.
"Current repair of a residential building at the address MKR No. 5, house No. 3, entrance 5 in Uralsk, WKO". A potential supplier of Mukhtarstroyservice LLP has been identified in the amount of 1.5 million tenge. SMR has been completed.

#KSK/AXIS/Fri

Currently, there are 1,248 houses in the city of Uralsk. The number of houses subject to transition to new forms of management (AXIS / PT)-1126 MZhD, not subject to the creation of AXIS / PT-122 MZhD. An association of property owners has been established in 70 houses, a simple partnership has been established in 795 houses, the remaining 204 houses are serviced by 104 cooperatives of apartment owners and companies servicing apartment buildings.In addition, there are 57 houses in which there are no forms of management (ownerless).

We also inform you that currently the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the condominium facility and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium facility in the city of Uralsk has not been approved. In this regard, in 2022 it is planned to produce 103 technical passports for the objects of condominiums in Uralsk with an estimated cost of 34,997.0 thousand tenge, which was provided by the branch of the NAO "GC "Government for Citizens" in the West Kazakhstan region.
