In the new 2021-2022 academic year, 44 educational organizations will continue their activities in the Ulan district, including:
- secondary schools-31;
- kindergartens-11, including public -4, private-7;
- schools for additional education – 2.
From September 1, 2021, more than 5,367 students will be enrolled in 31 secondary schools. 532 children will enter the first grade. 635 children will be enrolled in pre-school classes.
According to the language of instruction , there are 31 secondary schools:
- with Kazakh language of instruction-12;
- with Russian language of instruction-4;
- mixed schools - 15.
Classes with the Kazakh language of instruction-339, with a contingent of students-3704.
Classes with the Russian language of instruction-203, with a contingent-1663. Total number of classes-542 (5367 children) .
The total number of class kits is 512 units. Of these:
- with Kazakh language of instruction-326
- with the Russian language of instruction-186.
Preparatory courses are available at schools for children who have not completed pre-school training.
All students of the district schools are provided with educational literature by the beginning of the school year.
As for providing primary school students with workbooks, the purchase of workbooks is optional and primary school teachers should not require the purchase of workbooks. You can use ordinary notebooks in the educational process.
All children from low-income and large families will be provided with free school uniforms, shoes and hot meals.
In 2021, Altyn mektep LLP acts as a supplier for sewing free school uniforms. The price for one set of school uniforms is 18,500 (eighteen thousand five hundred) tenge. The set of school uniforms includes:
- dark blue skirt, flared; white blouse with long sleeves, knitted vest or jumper (knitted), emblem with the logo of the school - for girls;
- dark blue trousers, white shirt with long sleeves, knitted vest or jumper (knitted) emblem with the logo of the school, - for boys. Delivery of finished products to educational institutions according to the Contract will be carried out by the supplier until August 15, 2021.
Shoes for children from large and low-income children of the district schools are sewn by Semipalatinsk Shoe Factory LLP. This year it is planned to provide winter shoes. The price for one pair is -18,000 (eighteen thousand) tenge. Delivery of free winter shoes is planned until September 25, 2021.
As part of the modernization of rural schools, in order to fulfill the Roadmap for the implementation of the Nur Otan party's election program "The Path of Change: a decent life for everyone", libraries, school canteens (video surveillance system) and classrooms (classrooms of a new modification) are being equipped in five schools (R.Marsekov Secondary School, Asubulak Secondary School, Gerasimovskaya Secondary School, T.Tokhtarov Kindergarten Complex, Azov Secondary School).
To carry out the transportation of children from settlements where there are no schools, two Dong Fend BWC 6655GA5 School Bus buses were purchased, which were transferred to replace outdated buses to the KSU "Azov Secondary School" and KSU "Gerasimovskaya Secondary School".
For preliminary preparation for the heating season, contracts were concluded for the purchase of solid coal (OSH im.Taenova, Bozanbayskaya Secondary School, Pushkin Secondary School, Gerasimovskaya Secondary School, M.Auezov Secondary School). Coal delivery will be completed by the end of August this year
