The address of the president of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was devoted to the further development of reforms, which began with previous messages and the pre-election program. In his speech, the head of state focused on systemic economic changes aimed at improving the lives of citizens. For example, we can highlight such priorities as a careful reboot of the tax system, optimization of a package of measures to support small and medium-sized businesses, affordable lending for the agricultural industry, fair and effective tariff policy, modernization of transport infrastructure, training of qualified specialists, development and mass digitalization of artificial intelligence, comprehensive security of citizens.
