Living in a whole society, it is known that ordinary people in it communicate in certain manners. And the main responsibility of civil servants who listen to the various motives of citizens and solve their problems in their daily activities is to comply with appropriate ethical standards. The Code of Conduct, which is considered the main rule of civil servants, was approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On measures to further improve the norms of etiquette and principles of behavior of civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan.” This code created a new standard of conduct for civil servants in their work and everyday life.
In general, civil servants must strictly adhere to the Code of Conduct even when off duty.
Therefore, an employee must be as polite, honest as possible, not use his official privileges for personal gain, calm and always punctual.
It is also better for civil servants to be careful in their personal lives and remember to set an example for others through their work.
Considering that their daily duties are carried out by communicating with ordinary people, civil servants need not only professional qualifications, but also moral qualities. In any case, it is better that the daily lifestyle of a civil servant fully complies with the requirements of the relevant law.
Therefore, we should not forget that the Code of Conduct is a mirror reflecting the personal image of a civil servant today.
Therefore, every civil servant must take all necessary measures to comply with official ethics, and society must believe that a civil servant will faithfully serve his Motherland - the Republic of Kazakhstan, investing his efforts, knowledge and experience in his professional activities.
